Authority of the House Over You

Every believer lives under the authority of twelve houses. There are roofs (shelter, shadows) over your head and doors into your life that enter from the twelve houses.
• One’s personal life from womb to pssresent – many even after being born again live under their egocentricity. This is self authority ruling and ruining their life. Your addictions might rule the house even after marriage getting later, disorderly, selfish eating habits. Ask for deliverance from spiritual elders.

• One’s own marital home – spouses easily curse each other over trivial disagreements. Agreement in the home is the single most powerful tool the home will have and a pastor could expect from any couple in the Church. A Church has shalom to the extent that members have it at home. A couple entered marriage under astrological ceremonies. They came to Christ while she was bearing the first child. The child was still born after coming to term. It was a grievous loss. While there was medical negligence, it was also a fact that we had not addressed the demonics of the marital ceremony. Have you been faithful to the spouse? Did you marry as a virgin or tainted? Did you postpone children for career? Was money the king of your decisions? Is manhood honoured? Is womanhood cherished? Are children having undue authority in the home – above a parent? Have your financial decisions bonded you? How is your spending style? Is there unsolved grief or resentment about his or her parents? Any false authority in your marital home? Has the wife reversed authority in the home?

Every couple must go through marriage therapy as they join the Church. The Church needs to develop a Marriage Therapy Corps

• Husband’s parental ancestry – Ishmael became quarrelsome like his mother Hagar. Isaac was a peacemaker like his father Abraham. Isaac was able to patiently dig up the wells Abraham dug which enemies closed. Gen 26:19-22 KJV “And Isaac’s servants digged in the valley, and found there a well of springing water. And the herdmen of Gerar did strive with Isaac’s herdmen, saying, The water [is] ours: and he called the name of the well Esek; because they strove with him. And they digged another well, and strove for that also: and he called the name of it Sitnah. And he removed from thence, and digged another well; and for that they strove not: and he called the name of it Rehoboth; and he said, For now the LORD hath made room for us, and we shall be fruitful in the land.”

Asa, Jehoshaphat and Hezekiah were three generations of good lineage.

We were called to set right the evil in a house. The apparent symptom was recurrent illness. The head of the home died suddenly. I was arrested by the grandmother and her very vocal nature. It was as if her mouth was inappropriately large. The Holy Spirit got me to first lead her to Christ and repeatedly say over her, “Now you can be at rest. Don’t be involved in unnecessary issues”. Later one prayer partner who had not seen the home phoned into say, “The problem in that home is a mouth that speaks darkness”. It was just a well meaning alien authority of an aged mother who interfered.

Shalom Corps must attend on these issues. See under Remedy.

• Wife’s parental ancestry – Michal was too proud and became barren. Just like her father Saul, she had disdain for her husband David.

2Sa 6:20 “ Then David returned to bless his household. And Michal the daughter of Saul came out to meet David, and said, How glorious was the king of Israel to day, who uncovered himself to day in the eyes of the handmaids of his servants, as one of the vain fellows shamelessly uncovereth himself! ”

Jezebel brought the evil of the house of Omri to Israel .

A young wife brought the domineering nature of her mother over the father into her home. I once had a vision of this husband with his necktie twisted and blood stained. He was weeping at a wall about what his wife did to him. After ministration, the situation has improved.

• Ancestry of the place you live – Bitter waters of Jericho . Josh. 6:26 “ And Joshua adjured them at that time, saying, Cursed be the man before the LORD, that riseth up and buildeth this city Jericho : he shall lay the foundation thereof in his firstborn, and in his youngest son shall he set up the gates of it.”

1Ki 16:34 “In his days did Hiel the Bethelite build Jericho : he laid the foundation thereof in Abiram his firstborn, and set up the gates thereof in his youngest son Segub, according to the word of the LORD, which he spake by Joshua the son of Nun. ”

2Ki 2:18-19 KJV “ And when they came again to him, (for he tarried at Jericho ,) he said unto them, did I not say unto you, Go not? And the men of the city said unto Elisha, Behold, I pray thee, the situation of this city is pleasant, as my lord seeth: but the water is naught, and the ground barren.”

We shifted home from urban Colombo to a suburb known for non Christian rituals. We assumed our usual prayer times were adequate to cover us. Unexpected sickness came our way. It took over six months for us to adjust to the new level of spiritual warfare. We asked brothers to come once a week to raise up shields on our behalf and in other ways to strengthen our prayer shield more than when we lived in the urban area.

• Your spiritual birth – you became a member in the Household of God. Being born of the blood, word and Spirit is the surest and safest authority to have in your life. The born again experience will bring you out of many bondages of the past. If any remain a wise pastor will address these immediately and refer you for further deliverance. Counseling cannot deliver you unless you are born of the Spirit. Once you are born of the Spirit, all your blood relatives will speak the power of the Spirit in the blood line. Just the way bad things travel in the blood line good things too travel. Do your utmost to pray and get them saved. You are the door of life to them. As you gain authority over the bondages of your lineage your relatives too will become free. Your delayed deliverance hinders the salvation of your blood relatives.

• Your present spiritual house – Church family. Building together with your pastor is the way forward and the way for prosperity. When the House of the Lord does well, you will do well. God ties your spiritual well being with the house of your spiritual birth and with your spiritual father. Do not forsake the assembly Heb 10:26.

• Your past spiritual house (both Christian & astrological) – set yourself free. Get counsel and therapy from the Church. Refer to Shalom Corps

• Our Profession or House of Business – refer under Joseph brigade

• Your Community, village, city, region – spiritual mapping is necessary. Identify how you are affected.

• Your Race – Sanctification of and deliverance from racial prejudice must be desired. We are now one in Christ. Identify, confess & forsake racial prejudices. Refer to Shalom Corps.

• Your Nation and its Association Block – refer under Iniquity in the Land and Melchizedec brigade

Day 21 Father of Our Spirits

__________ I call your spirit to attention. Listen to the blessing of the Lord. “The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit” (Philemon 25). I bless you in the name of the Father of our spirits, as He is called in Hebrews 12:9. “We have all had human fathers who disciplined us and we respected them for it. How much more should we submit to the Father of our spirits and live!”

Listen to the Word of God to you. “…The Lord, who stretches out the heavens, who lays the foundation of the earth, and who forms the spirit of man within him.. (Zechariah 12:1). “I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh” (Ezekiel 36:26). I bless you with the understanding that your Creator, your heavenly Father, created and formed your spirit. I bless you with realizing that the very essence of who you are was placed deep within your spirit before the foundation of the earth were laid. Within your spirit you carry the DNA of your heavenly Father. I bless you with a lifetime and lifestyle of discovering the very character and nature of your Father and Christ in you, the hope of glory. In discovering who God is, you uncover and awaken your spirit to who you are in Him. I bless you with the good gift of God of an undivided heart, right desires, and a new spirit. I bless you with repentance from rebellion and offenses, and I bless you with singleness and tenderness of heart to obey God as one who is truly His (Ezekiel 11:19, 18:31, 36:26).

__________ I bless you with being able to differentiate between your soul and your spirit (Hebrews 4:12). I bless you with distinguishing yourself from those of this world because of the excellent spirit, knowledge, and understanding your Father has placed within you (Daniel 5:12, 6:3). I bless you with knowing that it is the spirit in a man, the breath of the Almighty, that gives you

understanding (Job 32:8). I bless you with wholeheartedness and loyalty to your Father in your spirit that is different than it is in others, so that all His good promises of blessings can be yours and you will have a full, rich, spiritual inheritance (Numbers 14:24). I bless you with renewal of your spirit in the Lord (Ephesians 4:23). I bless you with being an example to the others in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, and in purity (1 Timothy 4:12 NKJV).

I bless you with the promise from your Lord Jesus that he gives you the words Father God gave Him. I bless you with knowing that you are filled with His words, and your spirit within you compels you to release them with great joy and expectation (Job 32:18).

I bless you with realizing your need for God, for He promises that the kingdom of heaven will be given to you (Matthew 5:3). I bless you with being steadfast and fixed upon God (Psalm 51:10). I bless you with the presence of the Holy Spirit who restores to you the joy of your salvation and makes you willing to live consistently in obedience to Him and harmony with Him (Psalm 51:12). I bless you with commitment to guard your spirit to keep godly covenants with family members (Malachi 2:15-16).

I bless you with a spirit in whom there is no deceit (Psalm 32:2). I bless you with a spirit that is totally committed to the God of truth (Psalm 31:5.) I bless you with the inner unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is of great worth in God’s sight (1 Peter 3:4). 1 bless you with a spirit that yearns for God in the night and longs for Him in the morning (Isaiah 26:9). I bless you with becoming strong in spirit, filled with wisdom and the race of God (Luke 2:40 NKJV). I bless you in the name of the Father of your spirit.
