Have You Found the Shangri-La of Perpetual Youth?

How Hard Hearts Soften

  • (18) to open their eyes so that
  • they may turn from darkness to light
  • and from the dominion of Satan to God,
  • that they may receive forgiveness of sins
  • and an inheritance among those who have been sanctified by faith in Me.’

  • Hard Heart – Three Kinds
  • Hard hearts that never believed
  • Hard hearts having believed don’t practice
  • Hard hearts having believed reneged
  • God wants to write on our hearts His script that got erased in our days of rebellion
  • God wants to mould our hearts to the shape He has for us

 

 

Reason for Rocks & Features of Hard Heart

  • Reasons – Jer 17:5 Thus says the LORD,
  • “Cursed is the man who trusts in mankind
  • And makes flesh his strength,
  • And whose heart turns away from the LORD.
  • Results.
  • (9) “The heart is more deceitful than all else
  • And is desperately sick (awmash, wicked);
  • Who can understand it?
  • Prayer for God to Search My Heart
  • Psa 139:23-24 Search me, O God, and know my heart; Try me and know my anxious thoughts;  (24)  And see if there be any hurtful way in me, And lead me in the everlasting way.

 

Remedy for Rocks

  • Jer 17:7,8 (10)  “I, the LORD, search the heart, I test the mind, Even to give to each man according to his ways, According to the results of his deeds.
  • “Blessed is the man who trusts in the LORD And whose trust is the LORD. Healing & Renewal of Heart

  • Psa 51:17 The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit; A broken and a contrite heart, O God, You will not despise. Psa 51:10  Create in me a clean heart, O God, And renew a steadfast spirit within me.

  • Isa 57:15 For thus says the high and exalted One Who lives forever, whose name is Holy, “I dwell on a high and holy place, And also with the contrite and lowly of spirit In order to revive the spirit of the lowly And to revive the heart of the contrite.

Remedy – Heal the Broken Hearted

  • This word is often used to describe binding wounds (both physical and spiritual) with the result that healing occurs (Isa_61:1; Eze_30:21; Hos_6:1).
  • Isa 61:1  The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me, because the LORD has anointed me to bring good news to the poor; he has sent me to bind up (heal) the brokenhearted

 

Remedy & Reward

  • But delights in the Law of the Lord & in it he meditates day & night

  • Psa 19:7-8 The law of the LORD is perfect, restoring the soul; The testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple.  (8)  The precepts of the LORD are right, rejoicing the heart; The commandment of the LORD is pure, enlightening the eyes.

 

 

  • Counsel of the Godly
  • Counsel of the godly has to rewrite the script into our spirit that our soul may be renewed in the mind, meditation & reflection. We have absorbed wrong counsel from various sources – from what we heard from parents, culture, distorted history, religion, what teachers taught, what music lyrics sang, peer culture, fake science, fake press, what others said of us, false vows we made, believing horoscopes or false prophecies, books we have read, popular talk show gurus, prosperity preachers, judgements we made, eating from the tree of knowledge of good & evil. We have to renounce, line by line precept by precept, false belief & rewrite truth in our inward parts. Reading & reflecting on scriptures are important while we gather new friends who instruct each other in Biblical world view. Many areas in our thinking will need rehabilitation and reading & learning from reliable sources besides the word of God will be mandatory.
  • Paths of Righteousness
  • Heb 12:13-14 and make straight paths for your feet, so that what is lame may not be put out of joint but rather be healed.  (14)  Strive for peace with everyone, and for the holiness without which no one will see the Lord.
  • We straighten up highways & remove roundabouts of previous unpleasant events playing the same script over & over again.
  • Re-aligning Pathways
  • Pathways are made by life habits & inclinations which have become crooked, making the foot lame & refusing to walk in righteousness. They have to be re-aligned & re-laid by constant better practice. Heb 12:13 and make straight paths for your feet, so that the limb which is lame may not be put out of joint, but rather be healed.
  • Pro 8:2 (Wisdom cries) On top of the heights beside the way, Where the paths meet, she takes her stand – this how we transform crooked practices in our family lines & professions. What usually happens is demonic wisdom cries out in the concourses of human interaction, entrapping the populace.
  • Two Kinds of Wisdom
  • Jas 3:15 This wisdom is not that which comes down from above, but is earthly, natural, demonic. We need to change the sin marked pathways of youth behavior or adult behavior with raising up affinity groups who walk in Christ. Life of Christ in the footsteps of Christians, has to infuse the pathways where rubber hits the road in neighbourhoods & work fields. Jas 3:17-18  But the wisdom from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, reasonable, full of mercy and good fruits, unwavering, without hypocrisy.  (18)  And the seed whose fruit is righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace.

Seats & Citadels & Fortresses

  • Seats of scorn that have taken fake authority in our soul life, and become citadels have to be dismantled one at a time. These are strongholds that control life pathways. 2 Cor 10:4-6.
  • Pathways lead into & are controlled by seats, citadels & fortresses – belief systems that have been entrenched by practice & associations
  • We apply overcoming blood of Jesus on the seats of sacrifices made to Molech with fiery curse words on child or spouse, all blood letting in words thoughts & deeds made to Baal, all alien gods enthroned by iniquitous behavior I dethrone by command & repentance

 

Seats of Scorn & Altars of Sacrifice

Seats of scorn that have taken fake authority in our soul life, and become citadels have to be dismantled one at a time. These are strongholds that control life pathways. 2 Cor 10:4-6. Soul ties with demons, family traditions, obedience to rebellious iniquity become seats of power – flesh driven initially, later demon infested. We apply overcoming blood of Jesus on the seats of sacrifices made to Molech with fiery curse words on child or spouse, all blood letting in words thoughts & deeds made to Baal, all alien gods enthroned by iniquitous behavior I dethrone by command & repentance

  • People become captives of their own bad behaviour – initially by volition and later by compulsion – unable to let go even when they try hard. They need deliverance.
  • We need to make a prayer altar of advocacy with one spouse to set the other free. We establish Lord’s seats of governance & authority in our thoughts & practise in Jesus’ name. This does not happen with shouting & laying hands at the altar but by accessing the mercy throne in the courts of heaven. Abuse of anointing contributes to flesh exaltation that becomes a fake seat of authority – right inside the church. Digitalization & screen make easy access for demons, scorn, rebellion, perversion. Young lives are ruled by these seats that have been allowed access into homes. Transgenderism, hostility to family & denigration of marriage & family values all have become modern high places, at such altars many young lives sacrifice sex & purity in orgies.
  • Plant The Tree to Transform the Soil
  • Psa 1:2-3 But his delight is in the law of the LORD, And in His law he meditates day and night.  (3)  He will be like a tree firmly planted by streams of water, Which yields its fruit in its season And its leaf does not wither; And in whatever he does, he prospers.

 

Rehabilitating the Marsh

  • Mangrove marsh is rehabilitated by planting trees that drain the swamp. Tree of life planted in the marsh mud & mire of the human soul, drains the soul swamp as life of the Spirit spreads its roots in the regenerated human spirit which sends out the life giving roots into soul marsh. Will this tender plant upsurge the life long marsh or will the marsh crush the tender plant of Jesus life planted in soul soil? Is 53:1 promises transformation when the tender plant becomes the Victor
  • 2019 – In every season from child to man, attend on the Tree of Life in you. The stony heart transforms as the tree grows – roots deeper & wider giving life, branches wider & stronger bearing much fruit & leaves do not wither. If you miss the growing branches in any age 5 or 55 yrs, you will stunt, retard & return inertia can overcome you. I rebuke today return inertia in Jesus name. One dry branch induces more dry branches. One withered leaf spreads withering to next. We say not one withered leaf – all shall be fresh & flourishing. One fruitless bough infects others with barrenness. We say, no barrenness – all shall be fruitful & favoured. Old roots removed – roots reforming restoring righteousness. Oikos saved, neighbourhoods transformed, work fields prosperous, economy restored, rulers ruling in justice & mercy, Judges judging in rectitude.
