Mobilize the Whole Church for the Whole World

1. Dear Pastor you have a gold mine sitting before you every Sunday. Your family & many families with precious young & old waiting for you to develop them to Gods full potential. What a privilege!! What an accountability to God. Prepare whole week to do your best for development of all  ages – kids to youth to elder and to mobilize every member of your congregation to God commission. This is your reasonable service & your living sacrifice. Rom 12:2, Phil 2:17. You miss this – consequences are eternal. Leadership is not about you, but about getting others into God’s full placement. Rejoice – this is your crown of joy 1 Thes 3:13. Your congregation needs your time.
2. However, Pastors train pastors for evangelism & church planting, in programmes funded by foreigners –who also teach how we should reach our villagers.
3. 7500 pastors ae on payroll in large & small denominations & more than half are by themselves.
4.  Funds are offered if new recruits are sent to “unreached” villages for “full time” ministry. 
5.  These cities & villages have believers who need to be trained to reach their own while working among their oikos. God deploys believers into every part of the mountain to be the lamp on the stand – stand is your work place. Together the lamps on the stands become God’s lit up city ruling he mountain – inside out & bottom up.
6. To send new recruits to alien territory where they do not have oikos, is a sure fire way to fail mission & certainly to evoke hostility.
7. Every church has believers who need skill upgrade for work & training & deployment for evangelism in their living & working neighbourhoods.
8. Funding full timers to do evangelism & church planting, is the main reason for failure.

Obviously the pastor who is called from heaven, must equip believers in their living & working neighbourhoods, for the work of the ministry Eph 4:12,13.

Lamb Bleeds to Lion Roars Anointing

After the Chicago Fire, DL Moody said, “I will preach as dying man to dying men”. There is a “praying as dying”, when people or a Nation obstinately push towards death, defying all intercession. Then we do not give up – but die into the situation, arriving at the point when Lamb to Lion anointing works.

Since Local Govt Election result made old Prez party (OPP) the strongest, the tenuous unity govt of present Prez (MS) & PM has gone into a tailspin. They cannot trust each other – each blaming the other for the debacle. Old Prez is vulture like waiting to grab power. We are commanding in prayer into the spirit of Prez & PM, to carry on the unity Govt for remaining 2 yrs & groom a common candidate, who can stand up to old king Prez at Presidential elections in 2020. We are also asking the Lord to show us the next President God is grooming. While we are informed by news, we take counsel from the Lord & not the new media. Last night, at the vigil, we commanded the city to peace, arrested confusing spirits, that President & PM will hear the fear of God ruling in the Church. Since 2015 Jan with Unity Govt ushering civil peace, with the defeat of the 2009 war winning Prez, churches have got into severe competition, that never was during wartime. (Friday vigil conducted every Friday since 1975 December – 43 years of Altar Memory)

How do we enact “on the brink salvage prayer” BSP. We first did “Brink Salvage Prayer” in 1988. In 1988, a Sinhala Marxist insurrection ran the country to a standstill. Hiranthi took up a thirty day fast & prayer, that the insurgent leaders who were eluding arrest would get caught. Police & army did not know how they could stop the murderous tide. On the 28th day, the leader of the insurgency was caught & the movement died. We met with President Premadasa in 1992 & gave him the prophecy & prayed with him.

Change of Government of powerful Prez MR was a prayer battle.

Last night we received the word on books & scrolls. We revived the book & scroll that may have been in abeyance, dismal, neglected by each believer – Ps 139:16.
Psa 139:15-16 My frame was not hidden from You, When I was made in secret, And skillfully wrought in the depths of the earth; (16) Your eyes have seen my unformed substance; And in Your book were all written The days that were ordained for me, When as yet there was not one of them.

We applied this scripture as “my frame” – what the Lord ordains for me in every season. “In your book were all written days ordained” – what the Lord has to do through me – destiny – that part of my life that affects & effects good governance, on my patch of earth in Sri Lanka. When we do not occupy this – human folly, rulers’ greed, demonic confusion take possession. This is the present imbroglio that President & PM cannot agree on unity principles of running govt in the light of the hostile victory of the Old Prez. We stepped into the Governance Gap, that sheep will not feel scattered. Mt 9:36. Church prays alongside Govt for good governance and when Govt fails church takes over.

We quoted Mal 3:16 Then those who feared the LORD spoke to one another, and the LORD gave attention and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before Him for those who fear the LORD and who esteem His name.
In corporate prayer governance, as we do every Friday night for our City & Nation, we read & wrote the scroll, prophesied, worshipped God intent into heart of Prez & PM. Usual 70 was down to about 40 believers. But we were all veteran campaigners at the throne of governance. We do this every Friday night & for 36 hrs every month to hold the nation & do Mene Mene.

We expect Prex & PM to get their act together this morning.
Lamb to Lion anointing is found in Rev chap 5. John sees the Lamb slain on the throne. We need intercessors “praying as dying” to save a nation form certain death if marauders get in. this is the prayer that saves a nation. Be at death door until Nation resurrects, womb of the morning comes. Ps 110:3,4.
2Co 4:11-12 For we who live are constantly being delivered over to death for Jesus’ sake, so that the life of Jesus also may be manifested in our mortal flesh. (12) So death works in us, but life in you.

Rev 5:4 John cries – agonizing prayer. Prayer begins as Lamb slain
Step 1 – see the agony – Rev 5:5- (6) And I saw between the throne (with the four living creatures) and the elders a Lamb standing, as if slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God, sent out into all the earth. (7) And He came and took the book out of the right hand of Him who sat on the throne. (8) When He had taken the book, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb, each one holding a harp and golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints.

Prayer ends as Lion roars – Final Step – Lamb roars as Lion – Rev 5:5 8 and one of the elders *said to me, “Stop weeping; behold, the Lion that is from the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has overcome so as to open the book and its seven seals.”

No point blaming politicians – it’s our time. It’s our call.
